I’m amazed about your succesful diet – congratulations! It wasn`t clear for me, if you took Vitamin D only from food or did you use supplements of Vitamin D. If so, I would like to know which brand you used and how much you took dialy.
What I find very difficult is, that here in Germany – where I live – we have Jodine everywhere, especially in milk and eggs. I don’t know, if it is the same case in the U.S.
I eat the foods as much as possible high in Vitamin D, but 18 months ago, when my lab tests showed I had almost NO D in my body, I was given mega, high quality Vit. D3 supplments.
These are both in liquid/dropper form.
I started with Bio-D-Mulsion Forte by Biotics, 10,000 IU/day.
My practitioner switched companies, now I take Micellized Vitamin D3 by Klaire Labs, 4,000 IU/day.
