More than 30,000,000 people in the US and 200 million worldwide have a Thyroid Disorder Most affected are women. Some estimates are over 50 million in US and over 200 million worldwide, and growing.

Thyroid Health – Your Weight Is Not The Problem

The connection between thyroid hormones and weight is big.

1 in 8 women have, or will have, a thyroid problem. So, match that up with all the women who feel terrible and can’t lose weight, it all makes sense.

  • Have you lost weight only to gain it again?
  • Or gotten discouraged about how hard it is to lose weight and give up because it’s so dang hard?
  • Or, maybe, no matter what you do to “diet” it’s just not working?

Stop wasting time, money and self-respect on “one more mainstream diet.”


There’s the problem, then there’s the source of the problem. The source of your weight is linked to your thyroid dysfunction. Your weight gain and inability to lose it is a “symptom” of your thyroid dysfunction.

Your weight is not the problem, your thyroid health is.

Plus, it’s much more than just your thyroid hormones. It’s your adrenal system, sugar imbalance, possibly a malfunctioning pineal gland and endocrine system, antibodies,¬†inflammation and much more.

You need to do a couple of things to lose weight:

  2. Find a thyroid trained practitioner who can give you the right lab tests and read them correctly (see here)
  3. Get the right lab tests for discover what’s causing this
  4. Take quality supplements to heal your body so that it can correctly metabolize the right foods you eat (your thyroid trained practitioner will help decide which supplements you need and why)
  5. Exercise – yes, “elbow grease”.

But, all the exercise in the world won’t affect your weight if your thyroid and other glands, gut and systems aren’t working right.
