Thyroid Symptom: How to Strengthen Weak Knees – One of the thyroid symptoms that is really frustrating, that we tend to chalk off to our body’s aging, is muscle weakness. Add to that of course aging, and we’re not getting down to the floor to do much of anything, shying away from staircases and carrying stuff! This can also put on the pounds due to not exercising. This is not acceptable!!

I found a good YouTube video to give you some ideas on how to strengthen your knees. Do these and see if it helps, I know I am!
