Our bodies are fine tuned communication machines. They are miracles for sure. Especially miraculous in that they can withstand so much toxic assault that they go through on a daily basis.

From food toxins to air and water pollution, to all the myriad of toxins and chemicals all around us every day, it’s no wonder, really, that we have autoimmune diseases like our thyroid conditions.
